The project
A long-term cooperation on a wide range of profiles for different businesses throughout Yolo Group. During this time we engaged with different stakeholders of the company - HR, engineering teams, product managers, team leads, and C-level executives.
Having a diverse set of roles and departments that we were hiring for made us dive deeper into Yolo Group’s businesses to thoroughly understand how to select the right candidates for the right teams. It was an interesting journey and Yolo’s hiring team was nothing but helpful!
