The project
Luma, a US-based company, sought to extend its engineering operations to Europe by setting up an office in Lisbon. Their objective was to hire a highly skilled Software Development Manager located in Lisbon with a fintech background and proven experience in building and leading teams from the ground up.
To meet this challenge, we conducted market research within the Lisbon market and targeted specific fintech companies for headhunting.
