Printify is the technology platform that makes it possible for anyone anywhere to sell customized merchandise without the hassle and risks of having to hold inventory, negotiate contracts, or fulfill orders around the world.
It doubled their employee count during 2020 due to high demand. Financial Times ranked Printify as the 15th fastest-growing technology company in the USA in 2020. Printify is headquartered in Riga with 600 employees and counting, backed by leading angel investors from Silicon Valley and Europe.

The project
Besides helping Printify as an agency, Bee’s Knees founders were supporting the company as a part-time Head of Talent and Senior Recruiter during a year, closely collaborating with the C-level.
This included:
Setting up recruitment function from scratch: filling a number of urgent positions, as well as hiring, onboarding and managing the recruitment team
Choosing and implementing a new ATS; onboarding the company’s users
Running recruitment workshops for the hiring managers
Helping identify company’s values
Building performance reviews from scratch
Improving onboarding flow
During the year of cooperation with Bee’s Knees Printify has scaled from 80 to 350 employees. Together with the Printify recruitment team we wrote an article about that.
