The project

Bee’s Knees task was to onboard and mentor MindTitan’s new recruiter during 4 one-on-one coaching sessions, tailored to the company’s needs and the person’s background. Due to how talented the recruiter was, as well as efficiency and support of Bee’s Knees, shortly she developed into HR Manager’s role.
