The project

1️⃣ Hiring for a Senior Java Engineer role in Estonia, where we targeted only top notch engineers since only they were able to pass technical interviews.

2️⃣ Hiring for a very specific Tech Support Engineer position in China. The candidate had to be a native Mandarin speaker, fluent in English, minimum 3 years of experience in tech customer support, and a linguistics background. Due to diligent sourcing and transparent communication with the Multilogin team, we have successfully filled this position.

3️⃣ An audit of the interview process. Multilogin’s leadership team acknowledged that their old interview process wasn’t efficient enough, and asked Bee’s Knees to help. We had several 1-1 sessions with different stakeholders from leadership and engineering involved in hiring, during which we were able to map the areas for improvement. As a result, the hiring team was proposed a new framework to improve their recruitment. It included new sets of questions, as well as the tools to profile candidates. These instruments found active use during the new interview process of the company.
